From Garage Startup to Trade Supply Specialist
What started in a home garage in 1986 has grown into one of Tasmania's most trusted trade supply businesses. We began as a small industrial fastener supplier, working directly with building sites around Hobart. Back then, it was just about getting quality fasteners to the tradies who needed them - no frills, no nonsense.
Through the 1990s, we expanded into glazing supplies as the industry evolved. Today, we supply most of Tasmania's glaziers with the products and technical know-how they rely on. Our expertise is recognized through membership in the Australian Glass & Window Association (AGWA).
Real-World Experience That Counts
The early 2000s brought waterproofing to our core range, and we didn't just stock products - we got our hands dirty. Winning the contract to waterproof the entire MONA museum site gave us the kind of experience you can't get from a data sheet. That project taught us what actually works in Tasmania's unique conditions, and we've been sharing that knowledge ever since. We're proud members of the Australian Institute of Waterproofing (AIW).
